We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vidrate™ Electrolytes purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Vidrate™ branded packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
